During this workshop, you will gradually learn how to achieve a 15 min daily body maintenance routine.

 

You will learn thorough techniques one by one and progressively add them up to your routine.

 

At the end of this workshop, you will be able to detect your own body mechanism, breathe properly, release muscle tension from head to toe and detect minor unusual stiffnesses.

Many people suffer from stiffness of the neck and shoulders.

 

But the source of this pain is not located around  the neck area.

 

There are specific points that easily release that tension.

 

During this course, you will  discover how muscle stiffness

 

at different points of the body are linked to each other

 

and learn how to correctly take care of them.

 

 

  • You can book a BASIC BODY-MAINTENANCE for a group of a minimum of 5 people
  • No age limits, kids are welcome.
  • Each class lasts 90min
  • Book your classes at least 1 week in advance (see our available time schedule)
  • Payment can be made at the class or in advance by credit card
  • Cancellation : the equivalent of a class of 5 people will be charged for cancellations made beyond 3 days before the scheduled class
  • Schedule time changes: no changes will be accepted beyond 3 days before the scheduled class. Cancellation fees will apply.

Curriculum

 

Basic 1 / Breathing: tension-releasing points that facilitate breathing and open up the sinuses

 

Basic 2 / Neck: focus on neck-pain releasing points

 

Basic 3 / Shoulders: tension-releasing points for the shoulders

 

Basic 4 / Arms & Shoulder-blades: tension-releasing points for the arms and shoulder-blades

 

Basic 5 / Lower-Back 1: points to release lower-back pain that is generated from inner organs

 

Basic 6 / Lower-Back 2: points to release lower-back pain that is generated from toes and legs

 

Basic 7 / Knees: points to release knee-pain

 

 Basic 8 / Legs & Feet: points to release legs & feet tension and stiffness

 

Basic 9 / Self-Detection: identify where the body has unusual tensions, find the linked points and use acquired techniques to release the tension

 

Basic 10 / Brush-up and completion of the 15 min daily routine

If you have a specific problem that you want to resolve, you can book a private session with Head Instructor Norio Tomita. He will help you to release you entire body tensions to help rebalance and find the hidden points to take care of according to your problem. He will teach you all the techniques and body postures that will lead to better health.
